Dustin & Collett McClellan
Dustin and Collett McClellan are passionate about seeing people throughout the greater Pontiac area come to faith in Jesus Christ. Together, they have served in pastoral ministry for more than 18 years and are the founders and lead pastors of Pontiac Church, a welcoming, multi-generational, multi-cultural church committed to leading people to life change through Jesus.
Dustin, a Pontiac native, gave his life to Christ at the age of seven through The Power Company Kids Club, where he later served in ministry for eight years. He has also served in pastoral leadership at EPIC Church, Bridgewood Church, and Woodside Bible Church. Collett's life was transformed through an encounter with Jesus while attending Bridgewood Church, which led her to pursue international ministry training and a lifelong calling to serve the local church. Today, she shares her story and speaks at churches and ministry events across the country.
Beyond their pastoral ministry, Dustin founded the Pontiac Community Foundation in 2018, where he serves as Chief Executive Officer, bringing together philanthropy, leadership, and collaboration to build a brighter future for Pontiac. He currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for Dream Centers of Michigan and as Co-Chair of the Sheriff's Relations Team. Dustin was honored as a member of the 2017 Oakland County Executive's Elite 40 Under 40, the 2021 Crain's Detroit Business 40 Under 40, and the 2022 Michigan Chronicle 40 Under 40. He has also served on numerous community boards and commissions, including the Pontiac Housing Commission and the Master Plan Steering Committee. In addition, he served as an advisor to former Mayor Tim Greimel and as a key member of Mayor Michael McGuinness's Transition Team.
Married since 2014, Dustin and Collett live in Pontiac with their son and daughter. Together, they are devoted to raising up disciples, developing leaders, strengthening families, and seeing the hope of Jesus transform Pontiac and beyond.
